What is the mission of the Warrenton Youth Soccer Club? The founders of WYSC created the league as a place where children of all ages and abilities could learn about sports while having fun. The emphasis is on learning, teamwork and sportsmanship.

Centennial SC and the  Centennial School District Community Education program partner together to offer soccer programming to residents of our community.  The U3-U8 Soccer Development Program  is designed for young players. The focus of the program is to create an exciting and enriching learning environment where young soccer players can improve their agility, balance, creativity and confidence while becoming comfortable with a ball, learning ball control, dribbling, passing and shooting along with the basics of the game. The program is a combination of training sessions and small-sided games. Players train and play in a pooled age group environment as opposed to teams.

Training is led by experienced, professional Centennial SC staff who encourage youth to develop a love for the sport.

Game sessions consist of developmentally appropriate small-sided games (e.g. 3v3 or 4v4) consistent with U.S. Soccer's guidelines. Small-sided games result in more time on the ball with increased passing, shooting, and scoring opportunities

Development Program is focused on soccer education. It is an opportunity for kids to be exposed to high-level coaching and training techniques that prepare them to enjoy the game for a lifetime. The foundation of life-long enjoyment is the ability to master the basics early, and our program promotes that growth by creating an exciting and dynamic training environment.

Our Programs are more successful with volunteers!

Centennial SC relies on volunteers to ensure our programming is a success. Parents will be asked to help supervise games with support from Centennial SC coaches. If you are interested, please reach out to us at info@centennialsoccer.org and we'd be happy to get you more information. We appreciate all of your support.
